Logging in to your Account

Description

To gain access to your online account and other areas of our web site, you need to enter your User ID and Password.

Note: You do not need to login to view most areas of our web site, like searching for supplies but you need to login to place an order or access certain pages of the site where authentication is necessary.

The areas or functions of our web site that require you to login are:

Returning Online Customers

At the start of every visit to our Web Site, returning online customers should login first to access their specific account information. To login:

  1. Click Login on the top of any page.

Note: If available, you can login directly from the home page.

  1. Enter your User ID created when your account was created.

  2. Enter your Password created when your account was created.

  3. Select Web Site Page to view after login.

Note: By default, the web site goes to the home page. If you want to go to a specific page, select it from the list.

  1. Click Login.

Note: If you successfully login a "Gold Bar" will appear briefly across the top of the page showing your name, account number and a link to Your Order. If your login is unsuccessful, a message in red is displayed: "Invalid User ID and/or Password. Please re-enter." You have three attempts to login. After the third unsuccessful attempt, you will be locked out of our web site. If after logging in, you leave the computer unattended for 60 minutes, you will be automatically logged out.

Want to Save Your User ID?

To save your User ID, click Save my User ID and Start Page on this computer. Upon a successful login, your User ID will be stored on your computer and will appear the next time you attempt to login to our web site. 

Note: For your security, we do not recommend saving your User ID on a public computer because our Web Site allows more than one User ID to be saved to each computer.

To remove your User ID from your computer, click Save my User ID and Start Page on this computer again so it is unchecked. Upon successful login, your User ID will be removed from your computer and will not appear the next time you attempt to login to our web site.

Don't Have a User ID or Password? (New Online Customers)

If your company is new to our Web Site, click Create an Online Account to create your own User ID and Password.
