If you forget your Password:
Click Forgot Your Password? at the bottom of the Login Page.
Enter the User ID you created when you created the account.
Click submit.
You should see a confirmation screen indicating that your User ID was found. The Password Reminder Question that you entered when you created your online account is displayed.
Enter the Password Reminder Answer that you entered when your account was created.
Click submit.
Another confirmation screen is displayed indicating that your answer is correct and a temporary password has been e-mailed to you.
Once you receive your temporary password, login using your User ID and Temporary Password. Upon logging in, you will be asked to reset your password.
Enter your New Password — Your password can be from 6 to 12 numbers or letters.
Retype New Password — Reenter the same password entered above for verification.
Click submit.
Your password is now changed.
Note: Do not write your password down. If you must write it down, please keep it locked away in a place only you can access.
