Obtaining Your User ID (Forgot User ID?)

If you forget your User ID:

1. Click Forgot Your User ID? at the bottom of the Login Page.

2. Enter the E-mail Address you entered when your user profile was created.

3. Click submit.

4. You should see a confirmation screen indicating that your e-mail was found. You will promptly receive an e-mail containing your User ID. Please keep your User ID in a safe place for future use.
