Description

You may request a return through our web site. Before requesting a return online, please refer to the Returns Policy for more information. To do so, click Returns Policy.

Returning Items

To return items from a previous order, submit a request for Return Authorization Number (RMA Number).

Viewing Previously Submitted Returns (Returns Summary)

You may view your online returns status in the Returns Summary. To view online returns status:

  1. Click My Account.

  2. Click Returns under Orders.

Sorting Previously Submitted Returns

Returns are listed with their Status, RMA, Reference Number, Summary and Credit  Amount Applied. To sort previously submitted returns, select the sort type from the Sort by drop-down list. You can sort by:

Note: Returns made through our Customer Service Department or by your Sales Consultant will not appear in the Returns Summary.

Requesting a Return Authorization Number (RMA Number)

To request a return authorization number:

  1. Click Create New Return.

  2. Select products to return by finding items:

The above items can be obtained from an invoice. To view invoices, see Order History or Statements and Payments.  A sample is shown below.

  1. Click Find.

  2. When the items are found, click Return this Item.

Note: Some items cannot be returned. An example of a non-returnable item is one that is a Hazardous Material. A message will be displayed indicating that the item cannot be returned.

  1. If necessary, review and accept the Prescription Drug Return Policy.

  2. Select the item's quantity and reason to be returned.

  3. Click Add and Continue to add more items or click Add and Finalize to finalize the return.

  4. Verify the items selected for return.

  5. Enter the required information by completing the form.

  6. Then, click submit.

Note: If you do not submit this return within the web session, it will be saved for a future visit.

  1. Click View Your Printable Return Confirmation. You will receive your RMA Number via e-mail within 24 hours. Please review the return instructions sent in the e-mail to proceed with your return. Check the status of your return in Returns Summary.

Note: The Credit Amount Applied will appear in your Returns Summary after the return is authorized.
