Statements and Payments

Description

Statements and Payments allows you to view and print past statements and invoices, to make payments and pay your account balance.

Viewing Statements and Payments

To view statements and payments:

  1. Click My Account.

  2. Click Statements and Payments in the My Account Menu.

It is divided into the following sections:

Account Summary/Open Transactions

Account Summary/Open Transactions displays the current state of the account for the current location and is composed of three sections:

Making a Payment

To make a payment:

  1. Click My Account.

  2. Click Statements and Payments in the My Account Menu.

  3. Select the invoice from the Open Invoices and Charges section.

  4. Click Make Payment.

  5. Select a payment type:

  1. Click Submit.

  2. Enter your credit card or checking account information.

  3. Enter your First and Last Name as authorization.

  4. Click Accept or Submit when finished.

Paying Balance

To pay balance:

  1. Click My Account.

  2. Click Statements and Payments in the My Account Menu.

  3. Click Pay Balance in the Summary section.

  1. Select a payment type:

  1. Click Submit.

  2. Enter your credit card or checking account information.

  3. Enter your First and Last Name as authorization.

  4. Click Accept or Submit when finished.

Printing Invoices

To print an invoice:

  1. Click My Account.

  2. Click Statements and Payments in the My Account Menu.

  3. Select the invoice from the Open Invoices and Charges section.

  4. Click Print Invoice.

Statements and Invoices

Statements and Invoices displays the past statements and invoices.

Viewing Statements and Invoices

To view statements and payments:

  1. Click My Account.

  2. Click Statements and Payments in the My Account Menu.

  3. Click Statements and Invoices.

  4. Click View/reprint statement details.
