Managing Budgets

Description

Budgets allow you to set limits on your per order and monthly order totals. To manage budgets, you must be a budget administrator.

Viewing Budgets

To view a budget:

  1. Click My Account.

  2. Click Budgets under Site Administration in the My Account Menu.

Creating Budgets

To create a budget:

  1. Click Create New Budget.

  2. Enter the maximum order total, maximum monthly total and select a control policy.

  3. Click Submit.

Modifying Budgets

To modify a budget:

  1. Click View/Modify to the right of the budget.

  2. Make any necessary changes.

  3. Click Submit when finished.

Deleting Budgets

To delete a budget:

  1. Click to the right of the budget.

  2. Click OK to confirm.
